Bex Hing is a 3D artist and painter who works on commissions ranging from custom jewelry and 3D miniatures for display or tabletop games, to acrylic paintings of nature. She is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is a full time artist and stay at home mother. Bex is inspired by games, books, landscapes, and nature. Her degree is in art education from Oklahoma State University, and she has two years of experience teaching with the Tulsa Public School system.
Her work won the amazing category at the Final Fantasy XIV Fanfest 2023 art contest.

I have the right to cancel a commission at any point in time during the process. You will be fully refunded at that time.

$100 downpayment is required to be added to the queue.

When it is time to start on your piece, half of the price of the commission is due upfront.

If major changes are wanted such as the following, an additional $100 per change will be added to the price of your commission. Examples are as follows
Change of outfit after original attire has been started on.
Change in hairstyle after hair is finished
Change in pose after it has been finished
Change in painting color after colors have already applied.

I am not responsible for shipping mistakes due to incorrect shipping address being given to me.

I am not responsible for pieces lost in shipping. I always get insurance on pieces when I ship them out to cover lost items.

If a piece breaks in shipping beyond repair, I can replace it for $50.

Full payment is required before I ship the piece out.
